Two reasons this is the safe pick. It uses no power at all, so the 48-volt question never arises. And it mounts to glass or dash rather than a vent — worth caring about, because EV interiors increasingly use hidden or blade-less vents that clip-on mounts cannot grip, and nobody has seen the Fathom's dashboard. A wireless charging mount is a nicer object; this one is certain to work.
